Project Manager Energy and Offshore

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects in the offshore energy sector. You will lead and coordinate project teams, manage scope, budget, planning, quality, and risk, while acting as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders.

From initiation to execution and delivery, you ensure the full project lifecycle runs smoothly—meeting contractual agreements, safety standards, and client expectations. You will also play a key role in expanding commercial relationships, by supervising tender processes, preparing and negotiating proposals and contracts, and identifying new business opportunities in the energy and offshore market.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).

• Extensive experience in the offshore sector, with the ability to translate knowledge into successful project execution.

• Background as Project Engineer, Lead Engineer or in a similar role within engineering is considered an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

• Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and contractors.

• Flexibility to occasionally work on-site with clients.

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
