R&M Client Service Manager (Europe)

• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Identify opportunities to optimize outcomes through Acteon services
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote and implement the best solutions
• Develop and manage tailored service programs for specific customer needs
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align customization parameters
• Monitor program performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality and performance standards
• Oversee project execution, ensuring milestones and service commitments are met
• Lead service support activities, including issue resolution and escalation management
• Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and performance tracking
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across all operations
• Streamline customer information within the organization
• Provide timely performance data to support strategic decision-making

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Advanced understanding of business administration and commercial management
• In-depth knowledge of QHSE standards, asset lifecycle management, and service execution
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations and service within offshore construction technology or similar industry
• Proven experience in customer interfacing and managing multiple global interfaces
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent estimating, scheduling, and budgeting abilities
• Business-fluent in English
• Willingness to travel regularly
• You live, or you have already a domicile, in The Netherlands.
