Structural Engineer Offshore

• Analyze project requirements and develop detailed work scopes and plans to ensure comprehensive project execution.
• Perform and verify structural design calculations flawlessly using both hand calculations and FEM analysis.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and project engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance their skills.
• Proactively initiate, establish, and continuously improve departmental procedures, tools, and standards to optimize performance.
• Assume full responsibility for maintaining the highest quality standards in structural design and integrity assessments.
• Engage actively in the fabrication and installation of structures to ensure adherence to design specifications.

• Minimum Bachelor (HTS) / Master level (Civil Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
• 2 to 5 years working experience in a project/construction related environment
• Demonstrate your experience in managing and executing projects from concept to completion
• Experience in the offshore construction industry is a must
• Contribute to the advancement of offshore construction technologies and practices
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
